Our over 20 years of diverse industry experience gives a unique perspective, from working in-house and as consultants for startup market disruptors, unicorns, and well-established public corporations in eCommerce, digital media, B2B and B2C SaaS, advertising, R&D, and more. With Ceylan’s expertise in scalable customer-driven growth strategy & operations and Madeleine’s in product, business, & financial planning, we’re able to tackle business challenges with a wide-angle lens while paying attention to the details that make all the difference for long-lasting growth.

She excels at establishing deep customer, market, and business understanding, then using it to develop and implement high impact go-to-market strategies and operations aimed at driving revenue. She is driven to solve business challenges with effective solutions and is always willing to roll up her sleeves to prove new concepts while keeping an eye to the big picture.
